プレス打ち抜き部品を±0.01 mmで管理

10ミクロンは、当社が打ち抜き部品で維持する許容幅です。これは単なる主張ではなく、プロセスです。金型の初品を図面と照合して検査し、プレス稼働中に工程内測定を行い、梱包前に最終検査を実施します。

重要寸法はノギスだけでなく、CMMや光学測定機で測定します。寸法が公差限界に近づいた場合、プレスを停止し、追加生産の前に金型を確認します。各ロットには寸法検査報告書と材料証明書を添付して出荷します。

よくある質問

打ち抜き部品で±0.01 mmは現実的ですか?

はい、金型内で成形され、金型自体を基準に測定される形状、例えば穴位置やピッチでは可能です。曲げ角度やコイルエッジから出る外周プロファイルでは現実的ではなく、図面レビューでその旨をお伝えします。

全数検査ですか、サンプリングですか?

寸法は規定の頻度と金型補正ごとに測定し、さらに重要形状の最終チェックを行います。外観は全数を確認します。図面で全数寸法検査が指定されている場合は、その条件で見積もります。

どのような報告書が得られますか?

重要形状の公称値、公差、実測値を記載した寸法検査報告書と材料証明書です。報告書番号は、お客様が受け取るロットに紐付けられています。

公差外の部品が発生した場合はどうなりますか?

プレスを停止し、金型を補正し、疑わしい部品は隔離して選別します。手直しまたは交換は当社負担で行い、経緯を記載した報告書をお渡しします。
