加工公差ガイド:各プロセスで達成可能な精度

よくある質問

BQUQはCNC加工部品でどの程度の公差を保持できますか?

当社の標準工程管理は重要フィーチャで±0.005 mm、通常は±0.01 mmです。お客様の図面に基づいて加工および検査を行い、毎バッチに検査レポートを添付して出荷します。

プレス部品はどの程度の精度が可能ですか?

順送プレスは標準で約±0.05 mm、重要フィーチャでは±0.02 mmまで可能です。限界は金型製作時に設定されるため、公差は金型を切る前に合意する必要があります。

機械加工面の一般的なRa値は?

粗旋削は3.2~6.3 µm、仕上げ旋削は1.6~3.2 µm、研削面は0.2~0.8 µmです。機能に必要な粗さのみを指定してください。

寸法検査レポートは提供していますか?

はい。すべての生産バッチには検査レポートが添付され、厳しい公差やGD&T公差のある部品には完全なCMMレポートも利用可能です。RFQで必要なレポートレベルをご要望ください。
